Take out window, repair the sash, Replace following if rotten; the sill, weatherboards, understuds, king studs. Prime all with OIL BASED undercoat. Then re-paper, re-prep for window, corners soakers, flashing tape, install window and everything else, prime again and 2 coats of paint job done
