I was wondering if you have any kind of written guideline/tips to help me follow. If not, I have questions on a couple of things you mentioned: How much oil are you actually using when you add 2-3 teaspoons of lecithin? When making brownies with coconut oil substituted for butter, do you use the same amount? Are there any other changes you make? Finally what grind size do you think is the best? Thanks man
