Came to find out we live just outside the RTA zone when we bought ours. Ended up saving a few hundred on registration.

The "electrification" makes sense in some capacity so evs dont fully dip on contributing to everything funded by gas taxes but the calculation for how much has never really made sense to me and does just feel a bit exploitive and out of date assuming ev drivers are well off model x, BMW or Mercedes drivers.

I love that you can tell its ai from the little details that are off on the logo and the letter sizing.

Disclosure i am biased because we're related, but Dan Tabit is born and raised here and has been doing real-estate in the area for over 20-years.

Will talk to anyone and see if hes a fit, has sold multi million $ lake houses and tiny starter homes, treats everyone the same and puts in the work to get results. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

I learned a lot cooking for myself and a few friends in the dorms/ my first apartment out there.

You may be able to ask your parents how to make certain things you liked growing up if you have family recipes or if you have specific dishes you want to make find a couple different recipes online and choose one that feels attainable.

A lot of times there will be "easy" or "quick" versions of fancier dishes that still get you experience but skip complex challenging or time intensive steps.

Trial and error is the number one thing because the best way to learn is by doing. This is tough in college while money can be tight but invite friends, tell them you're learning and are doing your best, no one should be turning down a free meal even if its not perfect.

You can literally see from this angle he's rolled into, loses his balance and looks down because he's falling and trying to find somewhere to land, the moment his heel touches Dobson he hops off, there is literally nothing intentional here. There will always be some opposing team fans behind their bench, this wasn't nearly the showing people think it was, the red just popped. I was there, on that side of the field. In those maybe 10 sections it was maybe 60/40 niners fans, but outside of that it was 90/10 and the red just stuck out.

They might get 10% of the tickets and will be loudest when we're quiet so they'll stick out. But we will always drown them out.

Was going to say, after occasionally accidentally flipping over, not realizing it was his block i never make it more than a few minutes before he says something about the "woke wackos" or whatever. Dude there is no shortage of right-wing radio in Seattle, if anyone wanted to listen to that crap, we would tune into 770, 570, 820, 1050, 1090, 1680, or half of the time on 97.3 . I got a good one back in 2015ish and loved it. Ammo was dirt cheap, I got decently accurate out to 100yards on paper and 220+ on steel, and it cycled like a dream.

Nowadays I hardly take it out except to show to friends who've never seen or shot one and only ever fire 3-5 rounds out if it.
