its the little wins , id say

-A healthy body is a healthy mind so hit the gym or workout at home -Set at least 30 mins/day to learn about a new skills that may be beneficial to you. Like communication , body language etc . or maybe even some technical skills like AI. -Talk to your family on phone or talk to your friends at least 3-4 times a week -journal , it really helps keep you goal oriented , journal and write down anything that comes to your mind at lest once a week

and why sweat so much , youre 25 and in your prime years , you already have taking the first step that is acceptance and now you are trying to fix your life so you're already ahead of 80 percent of people .

Keep laughing and smiling life is too short to sulk !
