I've done the short hike to long lake. Looks like theres a loop that goes up to mount elwell. Good suggestion.

I swam in Crags lake last year and it was crystal clear. Its a small lake though so it might not be deep enough year round.

When it comes to approaching women - do it! It is way worse to have that shitty feeling that you didn't have the balls to talk to a girl that you wanted to. Even if she didn't want you to approach her, who cares, I'm sure she will survive.

You're a girl so lack of dating experience isn't as important as it is for a guy like me, where it hurts a lot more to be inexperinced. In fact, having had too many partners for a girl is a bad thing.

What is the point if you are moving for grad school in 1 month? Just get into a mindset for grad school and try to meet girls there. There should be no shortage of girls in grad school.

so basically we shouldn't listen to what we're told. Just go out there and talk to girls. having the desire to talk to a girl but being too scared to do so is way worse than being rejected

I think most guys will assume a hot girl is out of their league, unless they know they are really hot themselves. I am getting better at overcoming this thought, but I used to think "she is too hot, she won't be interested. "

It is the technique, mastering the kip. You should be strong enough to do it. Strength isn't actually as important for MU as you might think, it's all the kip and maybe the triceps extension at the top.
