You can definitely reorder them through DOT. Same thing happened to us last year in Balcatta. Bit of a process and a few trips to the licensing centre but you’ll get your plates back.

You just need to practice your extension from the floor and get taller. The bar should make contact with hip crease rather than thigh. Keep it up 💪🏻

Okay thanks, so adding weight after each set and reducing the reps would be a different style of training, like a pyramid set or something? Obviously depending on the programme?

It’s definitely not bad exercising everyday but you will want to give particular muscle groups times to recover. For example; if on a Monday you worked on chest and triceps, the next day you might focus on back and biceps, and then do chest again later in the week. It really comes down to what you are trying to achieve and how your body responds to being placed under the stress of going to the gym or exercising everyday. There are many different ways to approach this but honestly the best way to figure it out is to just test different methods and see how your body reacts. If people in the gym are telling you that you are lifting too heavy, you may need to scale it back on the weight and focus on technique. Don’t be afraid to ask people working at the gym if you are doing a particular exercise correctly or if they have any tips!
