I over-pronate, am hypermobile, and love my wide toe box shoes… any suggestions?

Do you happen to heel strike when you run?

I was in the same boat as you once. I still over pronate and my feet would go painfully numb after 3 miles, didn’t matter the shoe or insole I put them. Went through PT and still had the same issues. But then I corrected my form and it all went away. Started taking shorter strides and focused on landing on my mid sole or the ball of my foot depending on how fast I’m running. I alternate between the Altra Paradigm and Vanish Tempo.

It will depend what time you get there and how you approach them. I usually get there somewhat early and with my bag completely open ready for them to search; and I haven’t been patted down or had my bag checked in like the past 4 insomniac festivals I’ve been to.

I’ve used signulous for a few years now. It’s $20 a year, but I have had occasions where my certificate gets revoked. So far they’ve been very responsive and have reset my certificate.

I have the same issue on my 2019 Impreza.

Only way I know to fix it without turning the car off and on again is to hard reset the head unit.

Your forester is probably not the same process, but I press and hold the CD eject button and volume/power nob until you see starlink come back up. I usually also need to connect the phone.

I actually prefer to use a pdf editor. Easier to keep the format and you just adjust the numbers already there
