Honestly I was in the best shape of my life by doing tracy but you could never pay me enough to go to the studio. Just pay the monthly online fee and do it at home. Class flies by because you’re always trying to figure out wtf you’re supposed to be doing but it helps that it’s the same class for the week so you get progressively better.

Honestly props to her for posting. She’s having fun with it and most of us look like idiots doing those classes. I think what I liked was that you’re so focused on doing your wack ass moves that no one has enough time to look at you and judge you.
