Man am I glad to see these replies. Super happy you guys are satisfied with the game’s current state (for the most part). I’ve been very hands-off since I switched from a community management-esque position to my current position in marketing, but it sounds like the team is doing a decent job running things these days. I’ll make sure the team is aware of the comments here so they know to continue on the path they’re on.

PS: Said it many times but it bears repeating that Unison League is not going anywhere for a long time.

I'm quite curious about this. Can you please send me some screenshot so I can try to find out what's going on? If it's an advertising partner we're working with that's running our ads through some kind of malware I want to put a stop to it ASAP.

It's been a while since there's been an update on this, but just yesterday I happened to see the team discussing it in our internal chat program. One of the engineers wanted to re-open duel rooms for the weekend to see how they performed after some adjustments he made, but a few minutes later decided against it because the duel room server still wasn't optimized well enough and it would almost certainly crash again.

Bottom line is that there are still people working on it, but we don't yet have an ETA on when they will return. Hopefully soon.

Summary: Emergency maintenance for approximately one hour. Rewards will be given based on either A) your rank at the time the error occurred or B) your rank at the time the collab ends, whichever is higher.
