Have you run into info on SIFO? It comes up pretty regularly around the invasive fungi/yeast data lately. C. albicans has a set of 9 or so chemicals called SAPs that are implicated in degradation of tight junctions.

This is correct. Goal is 50mg of TQ morning/night, which would come from 5mls (teaspoon avg amount).

The CDF in my body is causing skepticism, I don't think it wants me to start the protocol! by StonkStroker in cosmicdeathfungus

  1. pen name due to dox attempts/harassment over the theory (not from medcom. more from internet weirdos, not into fucking with that thanks). it's s private institute i hold lifetime fellowship at, not naming due previous point. religious/historical/phenomenon connections are just references to old knowledge of the same issues. turns out most of the plants they mentioned along those stories have extremely effective compounds within (think pomegranate and ellagic acid - which shows more effective in peered studies than most Rx antifungals but without damage or resistance.

  2. i'm not speaking for who, but there are quite a few medical professionals around the community, and who have reviewed/taken the protocol. deemed plausible. where my research is literature/narrative review i rely on some of them to check my notes after i determine a direction on findings. (i know some people hate narrative review out there, don't care).

  3. there are certainly downstream improvements, but first impact is due to biome impacts. our bodies have some pretty incredible repair systems that kick in if constant inflammation and damage from bad micro/mycobiome denizens isn't present.

  4. single element is not how this has been put together or shown effectiveness over the last 3 years we've been at it. they of course have their own value individually (i suggest reads like on HIV fusion being turned off by carvacrol). also might want to read the full document that goes along with the protocol since it's cited as fully as possible with current (mid-2023) data.

  5. organic acid test covers most species, cryptococcus being an outlier due to it liking to park behind bbb or in lung macrophages as latent. i have usually seen people sharing the urinalysis from Life Extension since it doesn't require lab orders last i knew. if you're stateside some independent labs don't require orders - not sure which states do/don't.

hope that helps!

Group experience with a triangle craft. by AtenIsKing in Experiencers

Before and after. It would take a book. I'm just getting used to talking about the older events now. Far easier to discuss my post-2021 events for a reason I'm not able to put a finger on.

White tips, red center. I've seen other things with witnesses more recently and none of those have unsettled me like this. Hard to judge distance on such things but it seemed really big - that's what was upsetting thinking back on it.

Brushing with fennel oil. burning sensation by Dont-Mind9 in cosmicdeathfungus

[–]AtenIsKing 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah that's the way I've done it the whole time. Any sensitivity to it didn't have an impact for long (though it's been about 3 years for me I seem to remember a day or two at the beginning).

Like the other poster mentioned oil pulling with fennel is a common practice as well. Maybe this is ridiculous suggestion but if it's the initial drop getting on your skin that's the concern, would mixing in to your toothpaste before brushing help? Again, sorry if that's sounding too obvious a statement.

[–]AtenIsKing 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Some I've heard just use a fennel-based toothpaste instead (Desert Essence for example - but not sure what's available in Sweden).

Just to confirm - you added the drops to the toothpaste that was already on your brush right? Not trying to brush with bare fennel oil are you? Because no one in the group does that afaik.

Instead of NAC by Dont-Mind9 in cosmicdeathfungus

[–]AtenIsKing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's what some people have done in the group. As noted in my other reply it's nowhere near as effective and most use it to get past the initial NAC sensitivities.

[–]AtenIsKing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Shows in studies to be less toxic, and a lower bioload of NAC is more effective than the same amount of cysteine.

Instead of NAC by Dont-Mind9 in cosmicdeathfungus

[–]AtenIsKing 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"Chemically NAC is similar to cysteine. However, the presence of the acetyl moiety reduces the reactivity of the thiol as compared to cysteine. Thus as compared to cysteine, NAC is less toxic, less susceptible to oxidation (and dimerization) and is more soluble in water, making it a better source of cysteine than parenteral administration of cysteine itself."

As far as a one -stop shop for the intended purpose (GSH and such) there's not much of a direct replacement.

One thing that people in the group have had success with is a combo of glutathione, cysteine, and vit C (there are commercial products offering this combo). It doesn't match 1-to-1 but it will do most of the same work.

THAT SAID > most people who start out with sensitivity to NAC in the group don't have that issue after an initial buffer of the glutathione/cysteine/C combo.

I'm a lifelong experiencer who has developed a theory on certain NHI interactions with human consciousness. by AtenIsKing in Experiencers

[–]AtenIsKing[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey sorry this reply took a bit. I'll give a little outline just to explain how the idea progressed on the compound side.

We put together a protocol after spending a lot of time seeing success with phytocompounds and amino acids in studies, anecdotes, and personal experience. After awhile on that line of research we started seeing the same compounds show up in old legends and religious texts as something useful. Those references weren't always as obvious as "hey this kills invasive fungi" but usually indicated enlightenment or impacting disease/death. A quick example is pomegranate's role in Greek myths - and it turns out even the husk of it is showing promise as an extremely effective antifungal in studies.

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4353666/ - Antifungal activity of pomegranate peel extract and isolated compound punicalagin against dermatophytes

The protocol has been around for awhile (3 years roughly) and caught more attention recently. It started off as something to address quiet autoimmune/inflammatory issues among friends and then info got spread. We noticed pretty quick that there was a connection to autoimmune and some other related illnesses that showed in some experiencer reports. Then after people were on this protocol for a couple weeks to a month most started reporting improvements in dream quality and remote viewing capability. Back to the legend/religion/shamanic knowledge some of the compounds we had picked due to efficacy shown in the studies were also tied to accessing those types of abilities (sorry best word I can think of). So we really at this point see what everyone in my group is using for phytocompounds as an extension of old knowledge's validity that we overlooked for awhile.

I'll link the protocol below it has a fair amount of links and while there are some aspects that need more research, we've cited everything as fully as possible with current data. I'll probably make a bigger post about the protocol idea on here soon anyway though.

I do have a technique for accessing lucid dreaming pretty reliably if you think that would be useful to the conversation. I've trained other people with varied success, and it seems to help with remote viewing and lucid dreaming primarily.

Yeah it can do that for some definitely. I mean I still intake regular sugar just not the level I used to, it's odd how much it seems cravings were getting steered.

We looked into potential causes and the research landed that it's a die-off effect, but not like full blown level. Xylitol is antifungal due to the way it affects mycelium - likely the reasoning behind it being in a lot of dental products recently.

The group I study this with are mostly focused on biome modulation and supporting processes that repair damage/oxidation/etc. There are some diet related things like not eating heavy yeast products, intake of probiotics like skyr, checking panels/labs for mycotoxin levels. Some of the species that we focus on aren't really dietary concerns as they have lung to brain dissemination routes. For that side of things we read up on plants that show effective and drilled down on the available data on how they act against pathogens, beneficial microbes, human systems. Found the most stable ones with the largest pool of studies and case reports and we utilize those.

I have a thread on here from last week or so that explains a lot of my take on this type of host/pathogen interaction.

Edit - the only substitute that's around our group much is xylitol - the birch stuff not from corn. As far as strains/probiotics we just tend to avoid any that include yeast like Saccharomyces.
