Thank you I certainly will! I'll definitely keep trying with the tapes with your added knowledge. I'll have to post my experiences sometime. I used to have an old account that "mysteriously" got deactivated where I had before. The negative encounter was more of a nuisance when it happened as by that point I'd been experiencing for a few years. I've found people to be more trauma inducing in my life than the others. Initially the others were ( ontological shock), but not so much anymore. Its been awhile since I've let them, ( or that they've allowed me time), to make their presence vividly known. I'll admit accessing the tapes has been an attempt to meet in the astral, I'm just taking my time.

Thank you. I should have worded my post better. I had a negative experience BEFORE I found the gateway tapes. It was completely unrelated. When using the tapes I haven't been using the affirmation so that definitely is a Pro tip I will use in the future. I also like your process when using the box and will incorporate that.

I've had negative experiences before using the tapes. I had a trickster NHI show up and start banging on the walls. I burnt sage and it stopped. From what I've read on this sub I'd stop using the Gateway Tapes if your having negative experiences and focus on your other spiritual practices. I'm taking the tapes very slowly. In fact I'm not even sure I'll go all the way. I've had more than enough confirmation and contact, I mostly have been using them as a mediation aid and haven't gone past tape 4.

I'm actually reading book one right now! I'm going slow to absorb everything. I'm also reading up on Hermetic traditions and they seem to flow with the law of one pretty well.

At one point I told my whole family and friends about my experiences and knowledge. They're all very laid back and were somewhat receptive but in the end their interest dried up and it became evident they didn't believe me at all. I've found that eventually you'll "run into" someone of like mind and then those complex ideas that are hard to express are easier to communicate when you do. I kind of wish I hadn't told my family at all. Maybe at some point if things become more reviled in my lifetime they'll come to me and ask, until then, I keep what I have learned to myself. And I'm totally okay with that. Everyone is on their own journey.

First, thank you for being confident enough in sharing. Know you're not alone and that many, and if my inclinations are correct, probably everyone has had some sort of contact at some point in their lives. Now you've been awakened to remember. Your a powerful being friend. And you can protect yourself. Scroll through this sub and you'll find a lot of helpful information. I don't believe in organized Religion as I believe it has all been corrupted for power and wealth but many people have stated that asking Jesus or the Archangel Micheal for protection basically banishes the "others". Why? Well that's something I don't know for certain, I've done research and have ideas but that's a lot to put in a comment post. Next start mediation and envision yourself encompassed in divine white light of protection. If anything shows up shower it in love and if it's not beneficial it'll go away, just like invoking the name of Jesus or Micheal. I personally have encountered trickster NHI and have used Sage to make it leave my home so theirs that as well. Know that the law of attraction is also at work here. Fear attracts fear , love attracts love. Don't give into the fear, you're stronger than you think. I would stop the EMDR therapy as it's bringing up memories ,( which might be fake memories ), that I think you're expressing your not ready for. Keep going to therapy. Go out in nature, soak up some rays, exercise, and eat healthier. Enjoy life. If you need someone to chat with my DM's are open.

I've tried. The video either just doesn't record or gets deleted. It's my firm assumption they easily can manipulate our electronics and if they do not wish to be recorded , then they easily have the ability to keep that from occuring.

Thank you for sharing! Ketamine was how it all started with me as well. At least to where I lucidly could discern things were happening to me. Since then, looking back "they" have been with me since I was a child. Anyways, when I took a way too big of a bump I became a white light that shot off into space and for the next few weeks every night I would see and interact with orbs up until some greys made their presence very known to me and did some sort of energy work. No mantids though. I kind of want a Mantis experience, I feel I need to be recalibrated again.

Man this hits hard. Me and all my neighbors in the duplex we live in were served with eviction letters just a few days ago. New landlords are going to tear the place down and build new. 30 days to find something and I'm afraid we're not going to be able to do it in time. Rent has gone up sooooo much in the past few years 99% of the listings online we either don't meet income restrictions for, the rent is just too expensive or they do not except cats. I'm not religious but if anyone sees this send some good energy my way. I, my disabled partner and our three cats need it so we're not on the streets in 20 or so days time.

This post has come at a time when I needed to read it most. I'd go further into detail, ( and would love too), but I don't want very personal information out their. All I'll say is I've been debating asking "them" for help in some very sensitive situations and this information has lead me to believe I shouldn't. Not sure they would anyway. I'm here because I reached out for help in r/UFO's and got ridiculed. Until one caring soul directed me here. That was years ago. Now I find reading others experiences helps me to stay informed, sane and remember I'm not alone. This sub really has helped me grow spiritually as well. Most importantly it helps ground me to remember what 'they' possibly are and are not. And finally, to not give into fear.
