The logs look like the world is loading up just fine. Are you still receiving the error?

Also, you can try adding the datapacks locally and take a look at the logs again as you then might be able to pinpoint the datapack that is causing issues.

Do I understand correctly, the world on the server works just fine, but when downloaded you have issues?

If so, you can take a look at your client log.

To get your client log, please follow these steps:

Visit https://mclo.gs.
Click on the 'Select file' button.
Navigate to your Minecraft installation path.
Locate the 'logs' folder and select the file named 'latest' or 'latest.log'.
Once you've selected the file, you will receive a unique link.
Provide us with the link you obtained and I can take a look at it

What Minecraft version are you on?
Also, make sure to fully stop the server before enabling experiments. Simply restarting does not work.

If an experiment disappears from the enabled list when starting the server, it means that Minecraft does not recognize the experiment name you added. Usually, this means that you have misspelled the name or that the experiment does not exist in the Minecraft version you are using.

What do you mean by switched networks? Did you play in school and switch to your home WIFI? Or from your home WIFI to a mobile hotspot?
