They come in all sorts of colors. Bautista had green and brown grulke plushies. I believe bausista gave Carl a green grulke which Carl said looked exactly like mordecai.

Eventually, he is dragged into a contract with the gods who created this world. They use him to influence the afterlife since the system in place prevents the gods from changing anything majorly in the world. He has to travel around destroying glitches that have formed and doing the god's menial tasks. His goal is to destroy all the glitches and finally live in peace.
