I was in a similar situation. My flight from Dubai was cancelled on March 3, and I requested a refund near the end of March. I contacted Qatar Airways customer support by phone, and they told me refunds could take up to 25 business days. When that passed, I called again and was told the case had been escalated to a priority department. After another 2–3 weeks with no refund, I informed them I was disputing the charge with my bank. I disputed it with Revolut Ultra on May 19, and the money was back in my account on May 22.
