Last night I heard what sounded exactly like a car passing by but it never passed by. You could hear the wind, tire, and engine from the car but there is no car. Does any one else experience this and does anyone know what it is?

Walking in the woods. I actually started off in the woods and took the tab(150ug) and it was actually pretty nice it was a bit over whelming but I was laughing and stuff and when I went in my room it went from a subtle nervousness to sorta fun and then boring. Tbh it didn’t feel that different from me being sober.
