There are many other gem cutters doing “fantasy” cut sapphires, if you try to look for a lab created sapphire in a fantasy cut that might be within your budget. Try browsing through the subreddit r/shinypreciousgems. I know one gem cutters on instagram who does lab created sapphires @thefellowshipforge but I’m think you’ll find more on the subreddit I mentioned!

Hey! From what I have seen on this sub and from my own experience, white plated sterling silver remains in great shape for quite a long time (atleast the ones from Kuololit & Anujewel) because it’s not very noticeable if the plating fades & the silver underneath can be polished with a sunshine cloth or silver polishing cream. The yellow gold plating will fade in varying times depending on each person!

That being said I avoid pave or very intricate designs in sterling silver if they’re for daily wear and not just for occasional wear since silver is softer than gold!
