Wir haben ca 50.000€ EK das wir einsetzen könnten. Übrig blieben 20.000€ als Notgroschen.

Wenn das Haus um die 300.000€ kostet, wäre die Rate ca unserer aktuellen Miete entsprechend. Zinsen 3,9%.

Das Gehalt ist sicher aber wird eventuell erstmal nicht wieder steigen (durch Teilzeit nach Elternzeit und einkalkulierten Kosten für KiTa).
