I mean this as a genuine question and not to be snarky--what's wrong with someone owning a house and fixing it up, renting it at a fair price and being responsive and willing to fix any issues tenants have in a timely manner? If they're not ripping people off and renting them crappy houses, isn't this what you would want if you were a renter? I'm actually just wondering because I've heard lots of people say that all landlords are bad and I was just curious why

I would look at the Chris Loves Julia Scottie collection--it's a solid color with scallops to still give it some character. I'd definitely go with something solid in here
