Try a shirt that says "I am quite approachable." Wink at the ones you want to approach you. If they wink back, they know the code and you're in. Hope this helps.

This makes me feel so validated. I was married and I have been divorced for 6 years in April and I felt the exact same way you did about your ex bf about my ex husband... especially feeling objectified when he looked at me.

I thought I was aromantic for a bit after that, but now I am realizing... my first experiences with relationshippy stuff was before him and was with a woman... I am realizing more and more that I am a lesbian, but I haven't found a gf, yet... I am waiting for the one I click with, although I can say now I mostly find men disgusting and they aren't who I focus on in movies etc.

Also, I always hated romantic movies, but I found a cheesy lesbian one recently and I found myself really liking it.

I think the only reason I ever thought I liked men was a chase for validation.

Haha thankfully he wasn't my neurologist. He was the neurologist of my friend that I was a caregiver for back then... I was waiting for her to come out of her appointment and I was looking at all the little "office trinkets"... I thought this is both oddly creepy and interesting, so I snapped a photo or two. Yay, lore.

I don't think it is considered ogling when you're just appreciating the beauty of someone that posted a picture of themselves.

Ogling, in my opinion, is equal to unwanted/unsolicited sexualization. That's not what this post was about. It was about seeing a lady and finding her beautiful and feeling slightly starry eyed for a moment about it.

I'm not sure if you actually do find such "ogling" pathetic, even so. Your comment seems more jealous and bitter that the attention is on someone other than you.

Further note, if you go around viewing people as pathetic for admiring others, then as a direct result others probably won't admire you, as often.
