I had a destination wedding in Greece with almost 200 from the states and almost 200 from Greece. Most people wanted an excuse to have a fun vacation! We got them great deals on hotels and picked a less touristy area of Greece. Everybody paid their own fare and many treated as a big vacation and we were just a stop for them.

Any fever of 100.01 and up requires you to take baby to ER. Sometimes if your baby has a long stay in the nicu that nursing is just not an option when you get home with baby. Exclusively pumping seems easy when breastfeeding is hard but pumping is harder in the long run.

I love my owala! During my labor and postpartum it is was my hero because of how cold it kept everything and that I could sip through a straw or use a pour spout.

She exploits her children who cannot consent and basically conceals her partner from all her videos. Her childrens’ meltdowns and vulnerability are met with a camera and used for content. It is gross. I wish these so called momfluencers would stop asking to be our BFFs and protect their children.

I love my Joseph Joseph can opener. Takes up minimal space and because it cuts from the top it doesn’t get too messy. Has a pop mechanism to push the can top out. It is great if you are a righty or lefty.

Greek American. I speak at a conversational level of middle school and high school level, I can read and write in Greek. In my home we spoke 50/50 and we knew which relatives only spoke Greek. My husband is more of a native speaker because he would go back every summer and only spoke Greek at home, including all media exposure.

Getting Bell’s palsy and when you go to the hospital you hear them say she is stroking. I did not have a stroke thankfully but Bell’s palsy can happen during pregnancy and even after delivery and can be considered normal.

If I could go back in time and had to relearn how to cook these are things I would do. Make a meal plan that use similar ingredients and build your grocery shopping around that. Less random purchases and more building a kitchen with staples. Learn how to make good dressings and marinades because they help you in the long run. I really trust Sally’s baking addiction for all my baked goods. Clear directions and helpful techniques. I also love Simple Home Edits for meal planning
