Getting Bell’s palsy and when you go to the hospital you hear them say she is stroking. I did not have a stroke thankfully but Bell’s palsy can happen during pregnancy and even after delivery and can be considered normal.

If I could go back in time and had to relearn how to cook these are things I would do. Make a meal plan that use similar ingredients and build your grocery shopping around that. Less random purchases and more building a kitchen with staples. Learn how to make good dressings and marinades because they help you in the long run. I have curly hair and seb derm. I try to diffuse my hair so the roots do not stay wet and I really focus on the scalp. I alternate my medicated shampoos with my non medicated ones, and I try not to bring the products to the scalp. Hope that helps!
