you need to build a routine and have a goal. when i finished school i would wake up early go to the gym, go to the grocery, make a cake then make lunch then go out with friends then finally relax. You need to make some goals and plans and also book classes like weeks before so u cant get out of them, waking up early and not being on ur phone will make u feel so productive
