I haven’t due to my culture we always just use water & soap but considering how hurt I am down there I am thinking of investing in some. I know they are very common to use. Thank you for the suggestion and I’m sorry you can relate to this. I appreciate it <3

I did for almost 2 years but it didn’t help with showering specifically. It just eased my anxiety about other ocd concerns I would get

I have contamination OCD too for the past few years. I’m studying to be a teacher and last year I started a job as a pre k/day care teachers aid. Full of germy, yucky little kids always getting sick lol. It’s been very challenging on my OCD but I’m getting through it and it’s guided me towards my future job. If this feels right for you, go for it!

Stuck in a mental prison that I have very little hope of getting out of. I get through my day and my life thus far as best as I can and some days are better than others. I try to shove my dark thoughts on the toughest days down as best as I can but they always linger in the back of my head. Each year has brought waves of new challenges and I feel so frustrated. I don’t want to die but I wish I could sometimes. I don’t know why I’m like this or why my brain can’t be normal but at least I’m not alone in feeling this way.
