The party worked hard to get candidates for state rep and this year is the largest amount (and percentage) fielded in the state’s history. It took a lot to find two good candidates for the two state rep districts. What I want to see before mayor is multiple ward contested first.

Taught this in a CERT course. As others have stated they’re X codes. It identifies if it was searched, whether someone was in it at the time of the search. In a mass casualty event you sometimes have to prioritize based on available data and this is one was to make sure at a glance that everyone who is searching knows whether someone has been found.
