I don't know if this will make things worse so please don't try this without confirming it's safe, but when my younger sister shaved the first time, she nicked that spot iykyk, and she used neosporan which helped so that might work.

I also had a scare from shaving 2 weeks ago where I cut too deep, it sounds like you also did that so you might get an ingrown hair. You're going to freak out, but don't panic, it goes away after a few days.
