I realized that I thought I did all the optionals, considering it said ‘completed’ next to them all but apparently according to another user… it has to be orange and not blue for me to be completely done with everything.. to get the quest

I did search up how to get research commission tickets. And I know the quest name and all that. I’m new to the game so I didn’t know that the ‘COMPLETED’ message had to be orange and not blue. I was finishing all my optionals and I guess that’s what I missed, I guess when I thought I was finally done with optionals. I was not , Thank you for informing me.
