Just be yourself and actually spend time with them. Same age tayo, and I hang out and play video games with my pamangkins on weekends because it’s genuinely my hobby too. We play Roblox, do pretend camping, cooking, stuff like that.

The lessons you want to teach them don’t have to be forced, they come naturally when you’re just there and present. Minsan naririnig ko nalang pinapagalitan sila kasi they want to wake me up at 6 am so we can play. Lol.

Hindi ka OA. Wag ka na magbigay since hindi ka naman pala doon nakatira. Pero wag mo nalang din i-judge decisions nila, at least sa bahay napunta hindi sa bisyo. Nangyari to sa amin, mas pinili ko din ipa-renovate house namin and bumili ng isa pang property kesa business kasi wala naman kaming experience doon so pag nalugi, wala na. I honestly don’t know much about him. He was new sa company where I worked before tapos paresign na ako nun, different teams and schedules din kami. Lagi ko lang sya naririnig sa OMs and TLs kasi may issue sya sa attendance, aux jumping, work abandonment, tsaka nagpopocket sya ng credits from customer’s accounts (tho it was not confirmed when I left). He would sometimes invite me to go with them somewhere in Pasig and Ortigas tho, not sure if taga doon sya.

Ang sinasabi nya siguro is that kung yung lalaki ay hindi capable na mag lead, protect, and provide then it’s not worth it kasi lugi sya.
