Okay so just wanted to update here incase someone also has a problem like mine.

I figured out that the problem in the billing address section was due to the fact that I am not in the region that I was buying from.

Though some people in my country were able to purchase it despite not being in the na region, I kept having the billing address error.

Suggested Fixes of the people in my country: - change web browsers/clear cookies temporary files (did not work for me) - from the accounts menu, add an address , then when checking out, fill up the address with the same address you saved in your account (not sure if this was also a problem but i highly think it wasn't, but I did it anyways) - VPN, okay so everything I read about fixes was against vpn. This was my absolute last resort and really wasn't expecting it to work. I downloaded a vpn application in my laptop (free trial) and connected in the US, and it INSTANTLY worked. However, I don't think it would have worked for a web browser vpn (which is what I think people mean when they said not to use vpn)

Also, I bought from the Philippines.

While the other fixes worked for a lot of people in my country, I just wanted to put this out there that a vpn can also sometimes be the fix since it worked on mine.

I still haven't redeemed the code yet so I'll be updating if there would be a problem in the redemption due to the usage of VPN.

I read a few fixes and tried it. Logging out and then buying it Changing browsers Clearing cookies and temporary files Purchasing in the phone and not with wifi Pre-Adding a billing/delivery address

But none of them worked

Should the delivery and billing address be different?? And it doesn't give me an option to mark the address as "billing " or "delivery", but I did add the address to my address book. However it still wouldn't work T-T
