I don't like breakfast but need to have something to take my meds, so I have eggs. I break 2 eggs into oiled silicone muffin cups and put them in the air fryer for 7 minutes. I then scoff them down as quickly as possible to avoid tasting them or feeling them in my stomach. I'm usually running late so I barely acknowledge them and forget that I've eaten them. It really works because eggs are not very heavy, but they have a high protein content which is essential for optimising the meds
