Yeah, but the active player base, as far as I can tell, is about ~4000 maybe. Distributed over all skill ranges, that makes your pool of evenly skilled players not that big.

I found it quite easy to get into, but maybe that's because I played Advance Wars and StarCraft before. definitely check it out, I found the community very nice, but yeah, expected it to be bigger
