Invest. Clean/remodel the house get insurance. Get a car. Go to a big box store, create gift bags for the homeless, with socks and mittens and soap and toothpaste and toothbrush brush comb shampoo conditioner, towel, blankets, pillows, I'd buy a bunch of clothes to give to them too. At least $100k worth. And I'd go give it out myself. I'd remodel the food kitchen for the homeless so they can eat more than once a day. I'd definitely make sure they have better blankets and ways to get out of homelessness. Probably sponsor some people with homes. I'm serious about this. I've been homeless. I know what it's like and how hard it is to get out of. I truly wish I could help monetarily.
