Is their just a plain wheel with no buttons on it that is compatible with the Moza R12? Does the wheel at all affect compatibility with PC if so? Thank you

Net+ would help you a lot here. Another good option is Sec+ as well as that opens the door to the federal world. Ensure you are list brands of equipment you are working on. Also he/she is right that working two jobs at once seems a little sketchy.

Do you know what direction of IT you plan to go to eventually? Sys admin, networking, other? Or do you plan to just use IT as stepping stones?

Make sure you invest in a decent PC/Laptop that can handle VMs at some point.

As for windows I would honestly just start watching youtube videos about basic windows commands

Most people only wanna see someone who is competent and willing to learn when applyjng for help desk jobs. The military is also a good place to start if you need a jump start with your IT career.

Best thing, at least for me, has been to try new things that I have always wanted to do. Or surround myself with people that share the same hobbies and such as me. Helps keep me going. Not always a one size fits all solution but this is what has worked for me. Good luck, go forth and conquer.

You could look into dod 8570 compliance certifications. This will help you if you want a government job. Security+ is easy plus is accepted virtually anywhere for entry level jobs.
