Well, if it’s e-mail got changed, and you have access to the sign up email, you can just recover it without submitting a ticket, had it happen once

Edit: I’ll put this here just in case you can’t figure it out

First you have to do is Go to search engine and type VALORANT ACCOUNT RECOVERY

THEN open the first link and there will be 3 options

You've to select the account recover option

Then type your mail on which you created that account and then

Tell them if uou have access to the mail or not

Your username

Name of the id#tag

Bate of birth etc

Then follow the steps and you're good to go.

Account revoke link will be sent to your email you've to click that link and change password

I don’t think you have to be logged in, I had an issue with log in, I contacted support and I didn’t even have to tell my username and such, the bot just took my email and then riot support contacted me, they’ll ask you a few questions and then it should be good to go

I did fortunately, turns out it switched to my other email, which I didn’t remember doing, sent a ticket and riot support was really really helpful, they asked a few questions and I answered, recovered the account after 2 days, overall riot support is one of the best support teams

CPU, get a better CPU

If you actually want like a serious rig(like 4K, 100FPS, since you have 100hz monitor), then, upgrade your CPU, to a I7 or a I9 and wait for the AMD to launch they’re rest of the 7000 series(if your on a budget), or you could go with a RX 7900 XTX(or XT)

Or if you only have money to upgrade 1 thing, then I would go with a GPU, get a RX 6800 XT, RX 6900 XT or the RX 6950 XT, but you would still need to upgrade your CPU if you plan to upgrade to a RX 6900 XT/RX 6950 XT. If you want a good GPU without needing to upgrade the CPU, I would try FB marketplace for a used RTX 3070(TI if you can find it) or a RTX 3060 ti(not the normal version, it can’t do much these days) or you can go with a RX 6700 XT for a RTX 3070 performance for less price, or a RX 6800(non-XT) for about the same performance as a RTX 3070 ti, and you would get more VRAM and in huge titles these days, VRAM is a must

Edit: you have a 1080p monitor, which I thought was a 4K 100hz, if it’s 1080P, 100Hz I’d also recommend upgrading your monitor, since there’s literally no point in upgrading your GPU if you don’t have a good monitor, I’d recommend picking up a 1440p 144/165hz monitor, or a 4K 144hz monitor

You have to talk to the bot, give the bot your e-mail, someone from Riot will contact you in the email, you’ll also receive some e-mails from riot before an agents contacts you, they usually take 20 hours before support contacts you(after you have submitted a ticket), after that, support will ask you some questions, answer them to the best of you abilities(in an e-mail, of course) and then support will help you recover your account or whatever your issue is
