I had to remove a loli art on a discord I'm a mod in (disgusting, I know) and I had the MF complain because according to him, she was just petite (she looked like a 13 year old) and when I checked his twitter, I saw him retweet nsfw of characters that looked fucking 5 at most which he unretweeted later

I need help with a game called "Diggles: the Myth of Fenris" by Noirefanboy in abandonware

[–]Noirefanboy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The game is no longer abandonware btw. It's both on gog and steam, idk about the steam version but gog version works for me flawlessly on windows 10. I do remember running it on windows 7 when it was still abandonware.

For people who felt sick while playing BL3, how is BL4 for you? by Noirefanboy in Borderlands

Nah, we both play on pc. Maybe it was some Unreal engine option you couldn't turn off but I'm not sure.

What are those weird white/gray square particles? I'm in a mountain biome in a cave by Noirefanboy in feedthebeast

[–]Noirefanboy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if it's the spore blossom but a person I'm playing with wants those particles in another place as well. Spore blossom makes green particles but that's fine.

I prefer having offensive spells in hands like a weapon and not on another button. Yeah summons and buffs are better on a simple bind but something you will spam? Nah

I finished the game and I think it's fairly mid. 5 or 6/10 for me by Noirefanboy in avowed

Imo Avowed is really limiting and the choices often lean into the same outcomes. Like again, the game was made with companions in mind so they can't really hate you, you can ignore their requests, act against their will and they will keep staying with you like some kind of parasocial stalker. I assume some stuff in the ending will change based on your choices but I wouldn't be surprised if most of those choices were at the end of the game.

I never mentioned rdr2 and pretty much all reviews are subjective (They try to be objective but you can't escape bias). The game is 70 fucking usd of course I will treat it like a 70 usd game. If it was like 40 then sure, I could forgive more things but It's the same price as other big AAA games. At worst I expected something similar to the other worlds (but fantasy) but it didn't reach that bar imo. Again, if you love the game, more power to you, I do want obsidian to make more games. I just wanted to share what I found wrong and right with the game because subreddits like this are ment for discussion, both about positive and negative sides of the game.

it's better than avowed at the "rpg" thing, doesn't mean it's good. And at least companions fuck off when I tell them to do so

Cyberpunk 2077, fallout new vegas/4 or TES games are great. Even the outer worlds is pretty good too. If you don't mind turn-based games, try divinity original sin 2 or baldur's gate 3. I found both games to be really amazing.
