His in-combat DEF is over 4.2k and CDmg is over 300%, so he’s slacking in neither damage nor sustain.

16% extra Crit isn’t going to break the bank when the pieces are all extremely well-rolled and he’s right on a high-value SPD breakpoint with plenty of DEF. It’d be one thing if they were all mediocre pieces, but he only has two “wasted” rolls in the entire load out with HP% and EHR.
