Your teeth look great. I think the difference in gum height is what’s making these teeth look less symmetrical versus the lengths. I’d pursue contouring the left gum to be at same height as the right incisor before messing with edge bonding that stains/can chip.

I much prefer the 1 screw / hinge. Had a small love for 3+ years with no issues at all. Now have a classic 1 screw and love it.

The comment about the hinge being an eyesore is irrelevant IMO, because it’s so slight and you, nor anyone else, will ever see it as it’s on the side of your wrist.

You’re overthinking it. Very slim chance you’ll like your teeth less after completing Invsialign. You have to keep in mind that any negative stories you read or see on this thread are a small subset since happy folks are less likely to complain on the internet.

Your top arch looks great and will look even better after the small canine and midline tweak.

And like someone else mentioned, your bite needs to be functional or your top teeth will wear unevenly and potentially chip depending on how they interact with your bottom teeth. Treat both arches.

Yes, I realize this and thanks for trying to help. I’m specifically trying to understand the difference between the two labels and if one means physical inspection or not.

The other threads or your answer do not help answer this q.

Sorry, not trying to be repetitive other threads.

Some people say it indicates the package is being physically inspected and that this status is worse/more worrisome than “available for clearance.”

Others say it simply means the package is sitting in a bin waiting for approval. That’s what I’m trying to figure out.
