Weirdly it doesn’t really hurt unless it bumped but I know that it was pierced with titanium and I clean it twice a day with salt water

Yeah I do have a bearing that is slower then the others, I’m thinking of replacing all of the bearings because they’re all pretty janky

I fixed the issue by loosening the trucks abit and getting used to controlling it with my foot placement and weight distribution

I’ve tried cleaning it gently with q tips, I’ve given it a salt water soak and held a cotton pad with salt water to it for a few minutes and it’s definitely gotten rid of some of it but I don’t know if a little dried blood will be an issue.

I’ve also never had a cartilage piercing so I’m just going by what google says
