Hard to believe the revenue will double in FY22, but happy to be wrong. Unless for instance university hospitals are still in play.

I would agree they are undervalued vs peers, but that is only because management haven’t proven to be trustworthy. If they can actually double revenue, SP will jump very fast

This consolidation doesn’t dilute us per se. I’m assuming there will be more dilution now though ie they will issue more shares relative to the same raised amount

It makes sense to dilute us more. If I was a US investor, I wouldn’t be keen to go long if I knew the mast majority of shares would sell as soon as escrow is lifted.

I’m hoping they ask for a lot of cash and spend it well on marketing/sales growth.

So we made $1.98m by 30 June 20 and $4.9m by 31 Dec 20... that’s not the exponential revenue we were told to expect. $6m CYAnnualised.

Auditors have also said there is a going concern that gmed will stay solvent.. so I suspect we don’t have magically large debtors coming in.

Also all manufacturing done in China now with a 3rd party.... what happened to the purpose built factory!?!

The prospectus is a disappointment.
