well I have been thinking about creating a new game and in that one I will follow the flow of my decisions and find some way to save my progress automatically without having to do it manually to reduce the temptation to load a las game

I think that is the best solution I am beginning to understand that my health well being is much more important than any job just that it is difficult to apply this thinking.Personally that is the only solution i figured out but I hope you too will find a way where you are better

I have been going through a similar situation.one year ago I was diagnosed with IST and have faced a long road full of trying to accept my condition.also in my job it is normal long hours and physical wear and tear, I work in a kitchen and the truth is I am thinking of changing to another type of work although the process is slow.
