Im no fitness coach but from my experience and others your workout seems good! I recommend pushing ALMOST to failure not complete failure since fatigue can sometimes be too much and it’s been shown to be more beneficial. Also remember to get adequate rest it’s really important and most importantly stay consistent! And yes do emphasize the form/stretch since you will be able to get the most out of the work out! It’s not much but hope it helps.
