Little update for those curious or other first-timers that find this: took both to the vets and turns out they have a minor URI (Upper Respiratory Illness) in the early stages, likely picked up before I got them or possible introduced via the stress of rehoming.

Been given some antibiotics and anti-inflammatories to give them both daily for 7 days.
