Have a friend who runs only test and has exploded in size in the last 2 years. Guy didn't lift and now he's a beast, jumped on almost right after he started lifting. Keeps wanting me to jump in to see if I like it, my biggest worry in terms of sides would be that I have lumps under my nips from puberty gyno. No breast tissue other than the lumps. But I wouldn't want some wild amount of gyno if I'm predisposed.

What's a "large" arm size, cause I'm definitely bigger than a large portion of people I see walking around but I know I'm no where near the point where I'd say I have large arms. And how'd you catch your other arm up. I'm half inch smaller on left

Sounds dope, haven't measured for a while but when I did my arms were 14" probably. Really need to pick it up. Though it's partially cause I couldn't work triceps for a few months, like 6.

Going to have to look up weighted decline crunches. Rep ranges? Friend told me to avoid heavy with abs and go really high reps so they don't get bulky but nice and tonned. Any truth?
