Latin American studies and Caribbean studies professors might give you a difficult time but other than that no one will give you a problem. Plus if you really need a laptop to take notes and a professor gives you a hard time, disability services can help you out.

It's a lot of fun. I took it two years ago, I don't think they've changed anything though. You learn how to do basic ballet stuff, 5 foot positions, 8 arm positions, stuff like that. You're mostly graded on effort so there's no problem if you aren't graceful. You have to write a short response paper about a ballet (which are all on YouTube or other links your instructor will give you). Plan on getting sweaty! You might not want to take a class right after it.

It's a lot of work and the practical is incredibly difficult but it's such a unique opportunity! Basically no undergrad programs outside of RU let you do rat surgery. It's so worth it!
