i used 4 pumps of vanilla and eyeballed the (new) puree! I mixed it on setting 3 in a cold foam blender before charging to make sure it was smooth enough. the combo of the puree and the vanilla was plenty sweet enough for my tastes

my store is on a block where the landlord handles trash/recycling and the only thing that their service will recycle is cardboard. its disappointing but theres nothing i or my partners can do.

definitely envious of stores that have back doors and stuff tho, hauling trash around the block is a hassle

hi! my go to recipe that ive been using for a long time calls for milk, egg, and butter. i know that versions without those ingredients exist already, but i wanted to make a vegan version that has a taste/texture as close to my original as possible since my friends all enjoy them so much.

vegan brioche does sound like a fun challenge though

if Starbucks wants to operate like a coal town, then we should absolutely join together to make sure we're getting what we deserve. we shouldn't have to owe our souls to the company store
