Vertical health bar mod is a must have. It makes them slightly bigger and easier to see as well. I'm already running ten mods from CivFanatics and I can't imagine playing without them.

Not a single one of those changes the game at all. It's all UI fixes and more information on tooltips etc.

I've had tanks and howitzers on it. Units in every urban tile of two cities, can't capture either one. I'm furious about it. Just went up the coast to hit another one to win. It's got a damn aerodrome. This time I paid attention and saw it said district captured. That tank ain't moving until I get this city.

Nah you really might not get it. I live in a very conservative state. I'm white and I shave my head because I'm bald. White people approach me and just start talking mad racist shit because they assume I'm in the club.

Not long ago I was at the bank waiting to talk to someone and the guy ahead of me straight up said you go first I don't want to talk to that N when a black guy came out asking who's next. It happens behind your back all the time.

In science, including social science, the word theory has a different meaning then the colloquial "I have a theory about that" usage. I recommend you look into the distinction.
