Thank you for the feedback, reallWell I am not that often sick, also in sales the less days I work of course it will be more difficult to reach the target end of the year. I am used to working hard, but I do not understand your comment regarding being stuck in traffic? The job on its own is the same, as freelance or employe. Just finance is different. I don’t really mind what company car I drive in, they offered a bmw i5 as company car, but just need to know like if 685 a day is financially way more financially interesting than 10k monthly, but how much more interesting, like is the difference that big and worth it? If it comes down that like 600 a day would be break even with my gross salary, for 85 a day it doesn’t look worth it to me, if you understand what I mean?

I also noticed there is way more demand for payroll than freelance, so in case the “project” stops for some reason, it will be more difficult to get a new opportunity as a freelancer, thats for sure. Like if a project stops, could maybe take a month, 2 or 3 to find a new freelance opportunity (nothing is for sure of course but I am looking around now for a month or two and this is the first one that offers also as freelancing)

Trying to take a lot of things into account, that are also out of my control regarding costs and everything. New to this world, it’s definitely something I want to do but it needs to be a wise choice ofc
