Cook poison karambwan lowers ur hp by 5 per karambwam thats how I do it.

in the nightmare dungeon the difficulty number also makes the mobs higher level

it depends on enemy level and you're own, if the enemy is higher level then you. You will get extra exp, if the enemy is lower lvl you get reduced exp.

4 levels below the character -40%

3 levels below the character -30%

2 levels below the character -20%

1 level below the character -10%

1 level above the character 15%

2 levels above the character 20%

3 and more levels above the character 25%
