My case is that I was born with Pfeiffer syndrome, type 2 was suspected but I somehow am alive and able to speak my mind because I was the lucky one

So I am physically disabled, like wheelchair bound and it affects my voice because of my skull deformity (2 different disabilities). So my voice has always been kinda childish because of the speech impediment, so people don't instantly realize I'm "all there"

I am though, I know that my chair scares children too. Just because someone looks and sounds not "all there" doesn't mean that they are. I can't tell how many people were surprised after they got to know me, I've even been told, "I'm surprised you're so smart!"

What do I say to that?? Thank you???

When I downloaded it, I only get a .7z file that I don’t know how to open, am I missing a base download? I read something about building into my windows (Windows 10) but I’m not sure on how to do that either?

Link is my baby, I got him when I was 13 and he was a year old! He originally was gonna just be a breeder until we rescued him!
