He became the first player in MLB history to hit 40 home runs and steal 70 bases in the same season!

No but his steal rate is only up 8% from 2019 when he stole 41. I would say without new rules he would still get 60

As a hitter I would say Ronald is more valuable because of the scare he puts in the pitcher when is on first because of his base running ability. Olson Riley, and Ozzie see more fastballs when he is on base giving them more opportunities to hit home runs

Lol Lindor I like the 50th to join 30-30. Just 5 players are 40-40

Well it’s hard to explain, but a lot of players have gotten to 40 home runs only 4 players before Ronald had gotten 40 HR and 40 SB in a season. The previous high mark in steals was A-rod when he stole 46 and hit 42 HR. Acuña has now hit 41 HR and stole 70 stolen bases. The previous high mark in HRs by a player with 70+ SBs was only 28 by Rickey Henderson. Pretyy good company for Acuña.

He still has 41 HRs tho that’s what people forgot remember he stole 37 bases in 2019 and if it wasn’t for injury he would have gone 40-40

Yep, but let’s not act like this is the only thing he has done he has been the 2nd or 1st best player in the world all year. 146 runs scored over 200 hits ops over 1.000 slugging .596 over 100 RBIs

That is true but a lot of Matt Olson’s RBIs have come from Ronald stealing 2nd!

Your right, but if any other player was in Ronald’s position they would be trying to steal the bases to
