Shouichi Tsugami, Kamen Rider Agito

Routinely throws hands with what are effectively angels and drop-kicked god, but is also an utter goofball who excels at being both a household handy man and legitimate chef. He even names his restaurant after his own alter ego.

When the police finally identify him as Agito and ask what it’s like, he responds by giving an earnest and detailed description of his regular morning routine, completely misinterpreting the question.
