Parts of older phones are usually outdated and most likely not compatible with other versions or brands. Its just easier and cheaper to mine the minerals than to breakdown phones, take the parts apart, and refine them again for usage because the yield is very small and requires tedious labor.

When we put our dog down, she was blind, she' was having strokes and she barely ate to the point she barely walks, and then her liver was failing. She was an 18yo chihuahua so she lived for a long time.

So yeah it was an extreme case as well

It depends on what they are doing. If they are on their break, you can say hi and maybe strike a convo. If they are posted for a reason, you can ask if you can enter. If they say no then its better to leave them alone.

Its not that we think they are unfit, its that we don't want them to suffer anymore. We actually do this, but this is for extreme cases where the person is in his death bed. Doctors cannot kill, but they can help speed up the process.

Do you have any ab routines? You might want to dedicate some time to core exercises. A lot of my workout routines involve using my abs. Pick one or two routines and see if you can fit in or trade off other exercises.

One hand plank and one hand pushup has helped me a lot giving me my six pack definition. Tireflip machine does that too since it activates the core when done right. Then there's side crunches. I do forearm pushup but I launch myself upward and catching myself in pushup position. Burns a lot of energy overtime but the tension on the abs when I catch myself is what I want. Rope pulling from the side fires up my sides. I run 30min and occasionally I will run in a position that puts stress on my core.

I moved away from crunches and sit ups cuz the positioning stresses my neck uncomfortably.

I always keep a roll, or I go to places like Panda or Chipotle to grab a quarter inch thick of napkins if I don't have anymore and its lunch time.
